Ultimate Beauty Prep – Head To Toe Health & Beauty Routine At 38

Hey!! 🌺 We’re gearing up for an exciting trip to Hawaii, and I always love diving into self-care and beauty treatments before big events or vacations. 🌴✨ Join me as I share some of my favorite ways to enjoy an epic spa day beauty routine right at home! Here’s what I’m doing:

1) Workout – Before any event, I like to intensify my workouts, focusing on arms, glutes, and back, especially if I’ll be wearing swimsuits and dresses. This not only boosts my confidence but also enhances my overall wellness.

2) Hair & Body Oil – Olive oil is a versatile magic potion! It’s fantastic for a deep moisturizing treatment, making my hair silky and shiny, and leaving my skin with a healthy, radiant glow. Perfect for an overnight pampering session.

3) Hydration- Staying hydrated is crucial for looking and feeling your best. I use water trackers to ensure I’m drinking enough, keeping my skin plump and energized!

4) Face Mask – Today’s choice is a clay mask—ideal for combination or oily skin. This helps clear congested pores and leaves my skin feeling refreshed. Plus, I minimize makeup to let my skin breathe.

5) Infrared Sauna Blanket- My absolute fave! It’s a luxurious way to unwind after a tough workout and perfect for staying cozy during the chilly months. It offers amazing benefits, from detoxifying the body to invigorating the skin.

6) Dry Brushing – This is a fantastic technique for exfoliating the skin and stimulating lymphatic drainage. It helps improve circulation and leaves my skin smooth and revitalized.

7) Cold Shower – I embrace cold water therapy by finishing showers with a burst of cold water. It’s invigorating, boosts circulation, and has so many health benefits. Start slowly and feel the difference!

8) Celery Juice – This trendy juice is more than just a fad. It’s packed with nutrients, aids in digestion, and helps detoxify the body, preparing my skin to glow in the Hawaiian sunshine.

9) Green Tea – A daily ritual of mine is sipping on green tea. It’s rich in antioxidants, promotes healthy skin, and helps my body fight off oxidative stress.

10) Eating Antioxidant-Rich Foods – Berries, berries, and more berries! These delicious fruits are loaded with antioxidants to keep my skin looking youthful and vibrant.

11) Omega Fatty Acids – Healthy fats are a staple in my diet. They support my skin’s elasticity and hydration, keeping it smooth and resilient.

12) Humidifier – A must-have for maintaining skin moisture, especially during dry seasons. It helps my skin remain supple, reducing signs of dehydration and irritation.

13) Homemade Collagen Gummies: Collagen has benefits such as promoting healthy skin, joints, and hair. These are easy and fun to make. Not to mention delicious!

14) Pilates for Core Strength- Strengthening your core is crucial for overall health and well-being. Pilates helps improve my posture, balance, and flexibility.

15) Deep Breathing – Deep breathing is a proven way to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity. It’s such an important part of my daily routine, but also important when preparing for a big event. Even excitement can be registered by the body as a stressful event. It’s important to find those ways to balance the nervous system.

  1. I bought the Lalage Beaumont Fontyn in medium tan last week at kislux and since receiving it I have been using it and neglecting my designer collection (honeymoon period maybe) , but I was really impressed with the quality and timing, right down to how they used it. Will wear it. I wish they would make this bag in a variety of pinks (i. e. sakura pink). There are actually many options to choose from.
