  1. I’m in post menopause and have a difficult time sleeping. Can I take Apigenin with my magnesium and L Theanine supplement?

I have some questions to ask 1) how do you consider “it’s proven to help” ? 2) how could you say “it’s clean” as production of all food supplements are not required any control and regulation. 3) as doctor you know – you can’t prescribe one same medication for all people- I depends on symptoms and conditions, how can you recommend this to all people without knowing conditions? 4) ashvaganda is known for its liver toxicity- why you are not speaking about possible side effects? Thank you

  3. Thanks A LOT for this video! I’ll definitely write this down. I wondered, though, about that one of the medicaments, you said, could be mixed and drinked with cofee. I once learned that when, for example, eating a vitamine pill and then drinking cofee it would diminish the effect of the vitamine pill. I know that you’re not talking about vitamin pills, but…
