  1. Do some research into plant based protein we cannot digest and utilize the same % as animal based protein. Best is to avoid plant based protein and focus on mainly animal based

  2. Ω3, d3k2 (after blood test,) magnesium glyisinate,b complex methyl (instead of crappy multivitamin), creatine and Mediterranean diet with high protein…

  3. Ridiculous that this dr advises against probiotics unless you have a particular issue. Wow. Really horrible advise! Yogurt, kefir, and other fermented foods do NOT have enough probiotic counts that can survive stomach acid. You need an encapsulated probiotic supplement. …..figures he is a doctor. *eye roll*

    Shame…..I had subscribed today and thought he had some great recipes, but after hearing this horrible advice, I am unsubbing.
