  1. Okay, but I notice this argument only applies to products with hyaluronic acid, which not every moisturizers has. And in fact many other skincare channels (including one you showed a picture of!) recommend avoiding it because it can dry out or irritate skin. It feels a bit disingenuous to recommend throwing out moisturizer wholesale just because some have a potential harmful ingredient.
Also, just anecdotally, as someone who didn’t use moisturizer the first 25ish years of their life, starting one has helped my skin.

  2. I’m so confused. I’ve tried every oil imaginable on my face before bed. Argan oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, and on and on. The oils will either cause pimples or leave my skin so flaky the next morning that I look like a cartoon character or a mutant.

  3. SUBSCRIBED! This is solid information. I’m not going to fall for promises of these hard to resist moisturizers anymore!. I am very sensory and I think I’m addicted to lotions and moisturizers, especially the texture and scent!

  4. Dr, do you have recommendations for 14 year old girl with very dry skin? I saw that the ordinary is for 20+ years old, unfortunately
