My question is do you recommend milk of magnesia for teens? How soon should we start taking care of our skin? I have a 16 year old and would love for her to start as soon as possible with your recommendations. Thank you 🙏🏻
Just tried the baking soda exfoliation method and wow! So gentle and my skin is smooth. I do have a question. The milk of magnesia i put on tonight. How many times a week should i use it. For reference, My skin is pretty healthy. A little dehydrated with some freckles and old sun spots but over all clear.
I am absolutely astounded that every living thing needs sunlight to grow, but we don’t and we must adamantly protect ourselves and keep out of it? Hmm. I definitely put SPF on when I’m going out to garden and spend time outside. If I’m going on a walk in the sun is shining. But otherwise I don’t worry about it! I also really love arrowroot powder instead of cornstarch. So many good things in it! I blend a little bit of arrowroot powder with silk and pearl powder I get from TKB trading! Sooo good for skin!
