  1. DO NOT TAKE MAGNESIUM OR LTHEANINE If you have any PTSD from war or really traumatic past involving deaths of loved ones or seeing people dying. These supplements force rem sleep and make your dreams really vivid. For a normal person this is perfect. But if you have ptsd, you will have the worst dreams. All the ptsd comes back in vivid dreams. Sure it puts me to sleep but I end up waking in middle of night from the worst flash back ptsd dreams.
